Love your family. Let us all be safe
Have you ever thought of what is happening to the world? Have you noticed the changes occurring around you? Do you ever wonder what the world could’ve been if there is no virus?
A lot of things happened in a span of eight (8) months! One of the biggest culprits of this year’s misfortune is the Novel Corona Virus or COVID-19. It is a wide-spreading virus that infects hundreds and thousands of people around the globe.
Could it be a biological weapon? Where did it really originated? Is it lab-made? Or it just accidentally mutated from the original coronavirus?
Nonetheless, it is now a dangerous kind of strain —an instant killer, indeed! Ordinary people have been spending on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face masks, face shields, gloves, and disposable gowns. Occasional lockdowns are happening every time there is an increase in number of cases in certain areas, some political leaders were tested positive due to their line of work. Health workers get sick, some are already dead. It is heartbreaking to think of what is happening to the world since we cannot magically make a cure. Frontliners from different places are all risking their lives and yes, it is their job but with their professional knowledge, they are aware of the risk yet still chose to report on duty just to help their fellow human. Let us do our part too! Abide to what is right. They help us, we help them.
Tips:
- Avoid crowded places
- Always always wear mask and shield
- Wear your mask (blue/colored part on the outside) correctly!
- Never touch your face from forehead to chin
- Never touch the mask itself
- Dispose the mask correctly. Destroy after every use to avoid scavengers from reselling junked masks.
- Wash your hands with soap and water
- Alcohol –substitute if soap and water is unavailable
- Distance from people when you’re outside. Imagine they have the virus. —Asymptomatic (no symptoms) patients exist!
- Drink vitamins and supplements daily (Boost your immunity!) –Ascorbic acid 1000mg / Sodium ascorbate
- Check on your mental health too! Staying at home for a very long time could really cause damage to some of us. (link will be posted on how to cope this quarantine season)
If symptoms occur, please do not hesitate to get checked by professionals. You and your family’s health could be at risk.
