Work Smarter

Have you ever imagine a life spending more time with your family in a long vacation and less with work? You might be thinking, well seems like it only works in the movies. What if I tell you that this kind of lifestyle works with other people but not for all of us?

Yes some people are really living the dream while others just envy them. But did we really bother to ask them what they did to make that kind of success in life? What were their secrets? And is it possible to have a life like them?

There are many types of income and you just have to choose the best for you. Like income from your salary, but the school rarely teaches us something about earning passive. Whether you haven’t attended formal education, an employee, or a business person, passive income is for everyone. Nothing can stop you from earning passive.

Passive income is a type of income that you can earn while you sleep. Yes you heard it right. An income that we all wanted. Passive income is not a one day execution and will be successful the next day, but mastering a system by using different kinds of leverages that works for you.

The concept of leverage is like being a handyman using different hand tools. Let’s take hammer as an example. By levering its unique design, it makes the task easier to do and finish our work much faster. In business terms, there are many types of leverages that exists like leverage of other people’s money, leverage of other people’s time, and more. Most businesses used these kind of leverages and utilize it very well for their advantage.

One business example is having an apartment. The Landlord can travel anywhere without affecting his/her business operation. By using the leverage of other people’s time, the landlord can hire a worker to collect the monthly rentals. He/she has a freedom to do whatever he/she wants because of passive income.

Passive income is applicable to all. Some employees says that it is impossible for them to have a business while working at the same time. Let me tell you this, have you ever heard the famous saying “Do your job and mind your own business”. This is the first step to having a freedom, a freedom to have more time with your family and less with work.
